   Used it for college on campus for a couple semesters and nothing has broken. The feature that allows you to charge your laptop while it’s inside the backpack seems like it would be handy, but I’ve never had a need for it. I haven’t set a unique combination for the lock, although I’ve never really tried to. The flaps inside the second smallest pocket have been pretty useful.

   I love this backpack, it really does have a large capacity. I use it for work, instead of travel, but I can tell this backpack would be great for a weekend or 3 day stay.I love the special features that it offers when you plug a battery to it. The separate laptop compartment is perfect for any slim device that’s 15in and smaller.The only problem that I have, is that the USB cable doesn’t tell you if it’s USB 2.0 or more. But if I had to guess, I’m assuming that it is 2.0.

   I bought this for my son in 7th grade. He has a lot of large textbooks, notebooks, and folders for each class And also his pens, pencils, highlighters, erasers, calculator, laptop, phone and house keys that he has to carry with him every day and his backpack is usually very heavy and very full. Last years backpack the front pocket ripped open because it was so full. I bought this bag because it looked huge in the pictures and offered several roomy pockets for storage of different things and a special padded pocket for the laptops that the kids must carry now and the ability to keep a power bank inside the bag and you can plug your phone or laptop into the special port on the outside of the bag to charge them by the USB side of the cord I thought that was an awesome feature as well and the price was super reasonable. They also advertised it as a large bag that was perfect for traveling and you could fit your devices and lots of clothing or whatever you needed to bring or to use as a large carry on. So I thought surely this bag will be big enough for all of his things this year, when I received this bag, to say I was disappointed was an understatement! It was not as big as it was made to seem in the pictures, yes it has all of the pockets and features I mentioned above but the main compartment where most of the text books would go would fit maybe 3 large textbooks and maybe 2 notebooks and a pencil pouch and that’s being generous but then the laptop pocket is also in that same compartment so it would be hard to fit that in there too unless it’s a very slim laptop, but also if you want to use the power bank charging option the power bank goes in that compartment too so it would be very hard to fit all of that in there if it would even be possible. The laptop compartment is padded well which is a plus and the outside of the bag where the straps are is also padded well so the books won’t be digging into your back which is good. It has 2 pockets on the front that are for your phone or calculator that have a fabric inside to protect them I guess but they aren’t very big. So Usually, larger backpacks have 3 compartments the back larger compartment, the middle medium compartment, and the front has a small half size compartment for like pens, pencils, erasers, highlighters, calculators and such, and then a smaller zipper pocket for your phone and keys. This does not have all of those pockets it does not hand the 3rd smaller compartment just the 2 small fabric lined zippered pockets for your phone, calculator or keys. This may be good as an overnight bag for sleepovers or something, or if you have a pet to pack all of their things to go to the dog park or something I don’t know. But hopefully this helps someone else because the reviews I read were all great and talked about how large and spacious it was and all the pockets and compartments for different things so after reading the reviews I bought it thinking yes I don’t have to go to tons of stores and pay $100+ for a good large backpack, but it looks like I’ll be doing that anyways! Very disappointed. I may give this bag to my daughter who’s in elementary school so she can bring her favorite toys and things she likes to put in her bag to play with on the bus and at recess. This would be good for a grade schooler or someone that doesn’t carry lots of textbooks and lots of normal everyday schools supplies for each individual class and a laptop as wel.

   The quality of this product is outstanding, comparing the price and the product you get.Fitting : I loaded some papers / documents, iPad, laptop 17 inch, big overhead headphones with case, Nintendo Switch with case and baby changing clothes with 5 diapers and battery charger, food (protein bars and oranges and apples), I still had a small room for other additional small things.It was comfortable to carry it all day while walking or using ground public transportation. The luggage strap is ideal if you are flying with additional hand luggage. It is easy to get in and out of the strap and it’s rigid enough to support the bag without any worries that it might fall.You also get a lock, ideal for money / phone / keys / passport / ID or any small valuable for traveling in crowded places without worry about pickpocketers.PROS:1. It looks good and feels good. The zippers move very smoothly, thicker handle for actual holding.2. Plenty of compartments. You can definitely find a way to fit a lot of things in a lot of ways. The backpack isn’t very thick when empty but it is designed in a way where it expands as you fill it up. Because of this, you can fit a deceptively large amount of things in it without it protruding only at the bottom.3. It has the stretchy water bottle holding compartments on BOTH sides. This is fantastic. My other backpack had the water bottle compartment on the right side.4. You can put a little lock on the zippers 2 largest compartments. I have not used this function but it does seem handy if you plan to take it to the airport or something.CONS:It doesnt bother me much but maybe for some people the shoulder strap seems kind of thin on padding.I love the design from beginning to end and its practicality is enormous as it made little tweaks that really feel like it was made for the user. A for durability. I have had this backpack for only weeks with moderate use. I will update this review after 6 months or a year into ownership.
